Stephanie Hall is a seasoned mental health professional dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate life’s challenges. With a wealth of experience spanning various settings, Stephanie has worked extensively with clients grappling with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, anger, suicidality, relationship struggles, trauma, loss, and significant life transitions.

Stephanie’s passion lies in helping clients who feel stuck or unfulfilled, those experiencing burnout, and individuals seeking to explore their inner strengths and find meaning in their lives. Her holistic therapeutic approach recognizes that individuals are more than their symptoms or challenges. Stephanie provides a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences at their own pace.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Stephanie holds a master’s degree in social work from Louisiana State University. She is actively pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work at the University of Kentucky. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in various mental health settings, including outpatient, partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient, inpatient, and community-based programs, serving clients across the lifespan.

Stephanie is dedicated to creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to explore their deepest thoughts and feelings without judgment. She believes in self-awareness, resilience-building, and overcoming obstacles to achieve personal growth and fulfillment.

Stephanie employs evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy in therapy sessions. She tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, fostering an environment conducive to healing and transformation.
