She possesses a profound understanding of the unique challenges and experiences faced by individuals who identify as neurodivergent or queer, as well as the complexities of childhood development and mental health.

Olivia’s therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, acceptance, and collaboration. She creates a safe and affirming space where clients feel empowered to explore their identities, express their emotions, and navigate life’s transitions with resilience and courage. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and play therapy, Olivia tailors her interventions to meet each client’s individual needs and strengths.

In her work with neurodivergent individuals, Olivia embraces neurodiversity as a natural variation of the human experience. She honors the unique perspectives, talents, and challenges of neurodivergence and strives to foster self-acceptance, self-advocacy, and a sense of belonging in her clients.

Olivia is also deeply committed to creating affirming and inclusive spaces for individuals who identify as queer. She provides culturally competent and affirming therapy that validates the diverse experiences and identities within the LGBTQ+ community. Olivia understands the importance of intersectionality and works collaboratively with her clients to address the impact of systemic oppression and discrimination on their mental health and well-being.

In her work with children, Olivia utilizes a playful and creative approach to therapy that engages children in meaningful ways. Through art, storytelling, and expressive activities, she helps children explore their feelings, build coping skills, and develop healthy ways of relating to themselves and others.

Above all, Olivia is passionate about fostering connection, resilience, and growth in her clients. She believes in the inherent strength and potential within each individual and is dedicated to walking alongside them on their path toward healing and wholeness.
