With a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California earned in May 2018, Myliekia brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her practice. Having worked in various settings, she finds joy in making a meaningful impact on the clients she serves.

Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Myliekia addresses a wide range of issues, including adjustment concerns, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and work-related stress.
