Kyle’s therapeutic approach can be summarized in three words: problem-solving, non-judging, and patience. He believes therapy can be engaging and enlightening, fostering a collaborative relationship where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. Kyle’s overarching goal is to establish a mutual partnership that serves the client’s unique needs, recognizing their inherent ability to solve their challenges with guidance and support.

With extensive experience working with anxiety, panic, and substance use, Kyle understands the profound impact these issues can have on individuals’ lives. Drawing from his experiences, he is passionate about helping others gain confidence and develop coping strategies to navigate their difficulties.

Kyle’s professional journey began in the challenging environment of an Emergency Department, where he honed his problem-solving skills and learned to think outside the box. Inspired by his father’s battle with cancer, Kyle transitioned to the Cancer Center side of the hospital, providing invaluable support to individuals and families grappling with grief and financial strain.

His work expanded to include outpatient hospice care, where he had the privilege of visiting clients and their families in their homes, offering comfort and companionship during their most difficult times. Kyle’s dedication to serving others led him to the Veteran Affairs, where he worked on a homeless/substance use residential unit, providing individual psychotherapy and substance use groups.

During the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Kyle adapted to new roles, assisting local hospitals with client discharge needs while continuing his work in outpatient therapy. His diverse experiences have enriched his skill set, allowing him to offer comprehensive support to individuals from all walks of life.

Kyle’s journey is a testament to his unwavering commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those he serves. With compassion, empathy, and expertise, he walks alongside his clients on their journey toward healing and well-being.
