She holds a master’s degree in psychology and has furthered her educational journey by obtaining certification in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Buffalo. In her practice, Caroline prioritizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and contemplative atmosphere for clients to delve into their experiences and embark on their healing journey. She specializes in working with individuals grappling with the stress of daily life, as well as those facing challenges stemming from trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions.

Caroline adopts an integrative, evidence-based, and individualized approach to treatment, drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs. With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Sandplay therapy, Caroline equips her clients with the tools and insights they need to navigate their emotional landscape and find relief from emotional blockages.

Above all, Caroline recognizes and honors each client’s inherent strengths and resources in the therapeutic process. She collaborates closely with clients to support the processing and healing of current and past suffering, to identify restorative coping strategies, and to facilitate personal expansion and growth.

Caroline holds a Master of Science in Education from The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, with a specialization in Counseling and Mental Health Services (MSEd) and Professional Counseling (MPhilEd). With her extensive education and experience, Caroline is dedicated to meeting clients where they are and feels privileged to be a part of their transformative journeys toward self-discovery and healing.
