As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC), I am committed to supporting individuals on their path to healing and personal growth. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio University and a master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings, providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations.

My expertise lies in helping adults who face challenges such as substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to tailor my treatment to each client’s unique needs.

I am passionate about supporting people as they embark on their healing journey. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness a person’s courage and growth, and I am honored to walk alongside them every step of the way. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where trust, empathy, and empowerment are the foundation of our therapeutic relationship. I believe that we can work together to achieve meaningful change by fostering a strong connection and offering compassionate, individualized care.
