We understand the importance of accessibility, which is why we offer both morning and evening telehealth groups on Wednesdays and an in-person option at our Gahanna office on Thursday evenings. You can choose the format that best fits your schedule and comfort level.

The group is currently offered on Wednesday via telehealth from 10 am to noon and 5 pm to 7 pm. Group is currently offered on Thursday at the Gahanna location from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
