Meet Joseph Januzzi, a licensed independent social worker dedicated to guiding individuals of all ages through their unique journeys of self-discovery and healing. With a wealth of experience spanning clients aged 6 to 60, Joseph brings a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, fostering a collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to explore their past and present struggles.

Joseph’s therapeutic philosophy centers on the belief that healing is a co-facilitated process. He navigates through challenges with his clients, identifies goals, and develops coping skills to promote a healthier lifestyle and a greater sense of empowerment, worth, and happiness.

Specializing in emotional and mood-based disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, Joseph also has expertise in addressing attachment-based disorders, autism, conflict resolution, couple’s therapy, work-related stress management, and family therapy. He strongly emphasizes connectedness and utilizes various approaches and treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and a client-centered approach to achieve treatment goals.
