Elizabeth (Beth) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Portland State University and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. With a genuine passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth, Beth embraces a client-centered approach to counseling.

Beth believes in meeting her clients “where they are,” offering empathetic support and guidance as they navigate life’s challenges. She recognizes the importance of individualized care and employs an integrated approach to counseling that draws from various therapeutic modalities. Beth incorporates elements of Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Strategies, and Solution-Focused Therapy to address each client’s unique needs and goals.

With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for sleep disorders, chronic pain management, and eating disorders, Beth is equipped to provide targeted interventions to support clients in overcoming specific challenges. She is also trained in Family-Based Therapy for eating disorders, offering compassionate support to teens and children struggling with disordered eating behaviors.

Beth enjoys working with a diverse clientele of adults, teens, and children facing a range of issues, including anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, social skills development, trauma, and eating disorders. She is committed to providing a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and develop coping strategies to improve their well-being.

In addition to individual therapy, Beth is open to conducting family sessions, recognizing the importance of addressing relational dynamics and family systems in the therapeutic process.

Beth enjoys spending quality time with her husband, sons, and daughters-in-law outside of her professional endeavors. She prioritizes self-care by staying active and continually expanding her skills through practicing various martial arts disciplines.
