Jessica McBride is the Administrative and Credentialing Supervisor at Cook Counseling and Consulting Inc., where she ensures a seamless, compassionate, and efficient experience for clients and clinicians. Jessica brings a strong foundation in human behavior, a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in family relationships, and extensive experience supporting mental health practices.

Jessica is also a dedicated coach, using her background in behavioral science, communication, and relationship dynamics to help individuals set goals, build confidence, and navigate personal challenges. In her role, she oversees insurance credentialing, administrative workflows, and client coordination—ensuring that every client has access to high-quality, well-managed care.

She is passionate about helping people feel supported from the moment they contact the practice and is committed to creating a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment for all.
