Diamond McCoy, MSSA, LISW, is a licensed independent social worker and experienced therapist offering trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for children, families, and adults. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Diamond specializes in supporting clients through life transitions, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. She provides both in-person and teletherapy services across Ohio.

Diamond is known for creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and cultural humility. She has advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions, allowing her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and strengths.

A graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Master of Science in Social Administration, Diamond brings a strong foundation in school-based mental health, family systems, and advocacy for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. She helps clients unlearn harmful patterns, explore personal identity, and build lives centered on empowerment, peace, and purpose.
