Raven has a special passion for working with teens, college students, young adults, and young professionals who are navigating academic pressures, career decisions, changing relationships, and other major life transitions. She understands that these stages of life can feel overwhelming and works collaboratively with clients to build confidence, resilience, and practical coping skills for lasting success.

Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and tailored to each individual’s goals and lived experiences. Raven utilizes evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, Narrative Therapy, Empowerment Theory, and Person-Centered Therapy. Together, she and her clients identify barriers to wellness, develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

In addition to providing psychotherapy, Raven serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Work, where she mentors and educates future social workers. She brings more than a decade of experience working in higher education, community mental health, schools, and nonprofit organizations, giving her a deep understanding of the unique challenges individuals face across different stages of life.

Raven believes every person is the expert in their own life and is committed to helping clients discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build lives that reflect their values and goals.
